1. Purpose of the Platform

5Khoka is a Financial Education Platform created to promote financial awareness, financial discipline, money management, savings behaviour, and long-term wealth-building concepts through educational content.

5Khoka does not provide personalized financial advisory services.

2. Educational Nature of Services

All information, books, videos, illustrations, frameworks, calculators, examples, assessments, and other educational material are intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing published on the platform constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Stock recommendation
• Trading advice
• Portfolio management
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Insurance advice
• Guaranteed wealth creation
• Assured financial returns

3. No Advisory Relationship

Your use of the 5Khoka platform does not create any advisor-client, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship between you and 5Khoka.

Unless expressly stated in writing, 5Khoka is not acting as a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, or any other regulated financial intermediary while providing educational content.

4. User Responsibilities

• All financial decisions are solely your responsibility.
• You will independently evaluate the suitability of any financial decision.
• You will obtain professional advice whenever necessary.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to your financial activities.

5. Investment & Market Risks

You acknowledge that financial products and investments involve various risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, volatility risk, inflation risk, taxation changes, regulatory changes, and other economic factors.

No investment outcome or financial result is guaranteed.

6. Accuracy of Information

5Khoka makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate educational information.

However, laws, regulations, taxation rules, financial products, and market practices may change over time. Users are responsible for independently verifying information before acting upon it.

7. Registration & User Accounts

Users must provide accurate registration information. Each account is intended for the registered user only. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5Khoka may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, credential sharing, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All books, text, videos, graphics, branding, frameworks, Financial Discipline Score (FDS), Money Risk DNA, Life Risk DNA, Value Multiplier, One Commitment • One Habit, calculators, worksheets, downloadable resources, and all other platform content are the intellectual property of 5Khoka or its lawful licensors.

Without prior written permission, users shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish content.
• Commercially exploit or create derivative commercial works.
• Translate content for commercial purposes.
• Scrape or systematically extract content.
• Use the content to train artificial intelligence models where prohibited by applicable law or these Terms.

9. Third-Party References

References to banks, financial institutions, regulators, mutual funds, insurance companies, investment products, platforms, or other third parties are provided only for general educational purposes. Such references do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees by 5Khoka.

10. Payments, Refunds & Digital Access

Payments, subscriptions, digital access, and refunds are governed by the 5Khoka Refund & Digital Access Policy. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise by 5Khoka, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted.

11. Privacy

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal information shall be governed by the 5Khoka Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to receiving essential account-related communications and service notifications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5Khoka, its founders, employees, representatives, affiliates, authors, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform or reliance upon its educational content.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant product or service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Indemnity & Force Majeure

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5Khoka from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

5Khoka shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet failures, power outages, government actions, labour disputes, or other force majeure events.

14. Amendments, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

5Khoka may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the official platform unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

• You understand that 5Khoka is a Financial Education Platform and not a provider of personalized financial advisory services.
• You accept full responsibility for your own financial decisions.
