1. About 5Khoka

5Khoka is a Financial Education Platform created to improve financial awareness, financial discipline, saving habits, money management, and long-term wealth-building knowledge through educational content, tools, frameworks, and assessments.

5Khoka does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or portfolio management advice.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All books, videos, calculators, assessments, frameworks, examples, illustrations, and other content available on 5Khoka are provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on the platform should be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, invest in, or avoid any financial product or service.

3. Your Financial Decisions

• All financial decisions are your own responsibility.
• Investment and financial products involve risk.
• Returns are not guaranteed.

4. Your Account

All content available on 5Khoka, including books, videos, frameworks, calculators, assessments, Financial Discipline Score (FDS), Money Risk DNA, Life Risk DNA, Value Multiplier, One Commitment • One Habit, branding, graphics, text, and other educational materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use this content only for your personal learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or share it without prior written permission from 5Khoka.

6. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected, stored, processed, and used in accordance with the 5Khoka Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to receive essential account-related communications, including OTPs, login alerts, purchase confirmations, service notifications, and important platform updates.

7. Refunds & Digital Access

Purchases, digital access, subscriptions, and refunds are governed by the 5Khoka Refund & Digital Access Policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by 5Khoka, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been provided.

8. Limitation of Responsibility
